Spanning more than 8,000 square metres, the new facilities have been designed to foster innovation and operational excellence, providing the creative, technological and production platform that supports Ravetllat's international hubs. The site combines state-of-the- art technology with decades of expertise in the fragrance industry. International expansion has also continued with the opening of new offices in Istanbul and Mumbai, further strengthening the company's presence across key regional markets. Located in Istanbul's emerging business district, the Istanbul hub integrates laboratory facilities with a commercial area, bringing the company closer to customers and providing a strategic base to serve surrounding markets. In Mumbai, the new commercial office, managed by experienced industry professional Sanjay Bansod, further strengthens Ravetllat's local presence and proximity to customers, marking an important milestone for the company in one of the world's largest and most dynamic markets. With Ylang Ltd.'s completion of the acquisition of 100% of Ravetllat Aromatics' share capital, Ramón Fernández has assumed the role of Chairman. This milestone further strengthens the company's shareholder and financial stability, reinforcing its long-term independent vision and commitment to sustainable growth.
