It's 2023 and we've already seen a few optical shows around the world welcoming the industry back. Opti in Germany, Mido in Italy and the 100% Optical show in the UK. It's heartening to see things returning back to normal. And even though it's slated for last quarter of the year, VisionPlus EXPO is already showing signs of more exhibitors wanting to participate in what I'd like to term as the fastest growing optical exhibition of the industry. In this issues, we have some forecasts about 'Eyewear Trends for 2023' and Brand Profile features a relatively new but promising brand 'Caron'. The buzzword in the recent past has been 'sustainability' and we feature a follow up article to the one earlier to discuss the materials that are considered to be 'sustainable'.
