The company introduced Modulo AI, a process control system that analyses production data and automatically adjusts machine parameters to maximise efficiency. SCHNEIDER also unveiled its fully integrated inline coating solution, combining hard coating, curing and anti-reflective coating within the automated production line. The system eliminates manual transfers and creates a seamless process from lens blank to finished lens.
