3. What kind of training programs and assets do you use while explaining the product to the end consumer? During refraction, we gather the history of the customer, their lifestyle, digital screen usage and visual needs. The needs of the customers are understood during the refraction. Once the prescription is generated, the customer will be guided by our sales team through frame selection. Lens recommendation is based on the information collected during refraction. In the case of single vision, a suitable Eyezen Lens would be recommended as a potential solution for eye strain. For internal training, we utilise the Leonardo platform. We use our price list as well as the Eyezen tabletop. If the customers are still not convinced, we talk about the Eyezen 30-day challenge.
