ETNIA BARCELONA'S ARTFUL COLLABORATION WITH MOI AUSSI Etnia Barcelona presents Moi Aussi, a project that merges art with optics. The Barcelona eyewear brand collaborates with Moi Aussi to turn glasses into a canvas, supporting global artists and showcasing their work internationally. The Abbazia Della Misericordia Church in Venice, now owned by Etnia Barcelona, will serve as Moi Aussi’s Creative Lab. Each month, two international artists will craft their own art using glasses, which will be exhibited in various galleries and museums worldwide. This initiative aims to boost the visibility of both the artists and the project. KERING EYEWEAR INTRODUCES MAUI JIM Kering Eyewear has teamed up exclusively with China Duty-Free Group (CDFG) to launch Maui Jim sunglasses in Hainan. This debut features the ‘Ekahi’ collection, the first range designed since Maui Jim joined Kering. The shopping experience is enhanced by a unique surf simulator, reminiscent of ‘80s arcades, allowing customers to engage interactively. Shoppers can try on Maui Jim sunglasses equipped with PolarisedPlus2 lenses and experience the brand’s tropical Hawaiian theme through polarised video screens. This innovative approach blends nostalgia with cutting-edge technology, offering an immersive experience. THE OAKLEY EXOPLANETARY BUNKER This summer, as athletes prepare for the biggest competition of their lives, the prestigious Palais Brongniart will be reborn as a haven to escape the chaos of the games. “The Oakley Exoplanetary Bunker”, a brutalist-inspired safehouse, will immerse visitors in the brand’s rebellious history, offering a journey through Oakley’s almost 50 years past, present, and the vision that shapes its future. Team Oakley Athletes and Oakley guests alike can reset, recharge, and get excited for the next competition in the spacious auditorium, complete with food, game viewing, and more, with the ambience set by a Live DJ.
