As Master Perfumer and Head of Creation, Luz Vaquero has led the company’s creative team since 2003. Today, with more than 40 professionals, the team represents a wealth of expertise and creative exploration, helping Iberchem evolve from its Mediterranean beginnings into an international fragrance house serving over 120 countries. For Ana Gómez, Senior Perfumer at Iberchem, the connection with Middle Eastern perfumery began with a fascination for ambery notes. Discovered during her early years as an apprentice, this passion became a defining influence on her creative journey, guiding her towards the rich, warm and expressive compositions that resonate with the region.
