ايبركم تعزز قيادة الاستدامة أعلنت مؤخرا مجموعة ايبركم، التي أصبحت من وقت قريب جزءا من كرودا جروب، تعيين جييوم أودي مديرا للإتصالات المؤسسية والاستدامة. في منصبه الجديد، سوف يشرف جييوم على مبادرات الاستدامة في الشركة والعمليات مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخلية والخارجية. سوف يساعد المؤسسة على خفضأثرها البيئي بشكل أكبر وزيادة تأثيرها الإجتماعي الإيجابي من خلال تحديد الفرصضمنسلسلة قيمها. وقال جييوم أودي إن: “ايبركم حققت الكثير في السنوات الأخيرة من حيث التحول إلىشركة أكثر استدامة. وأنا أتطلع قدما لتعزيز جهود المجموعة حتى الآن وتوسيع نطاقها عبر كل المؤسسة. تحقيق الامتياز في الاستدامة ليسمهمة رجل واحد. آمل أن تكون العقلية موجودة بالفعل وأن يكون كل فرد في ايبركم ملتزم بشكل كامل بالمساهمة في نجاح برنامجنا.” انضم جييوم إلى مجموعة ايبركم عام 14 ويتمتع بخبرة تمتد إلى أكثر من 2015 عاما في الاتصالات المؤسسية والعلاقات العامة. اكتسبخبرة ثمينة في التطوير المستدام عندما عمل مع وكالة النقل العام في مونتريال وكمستشار لصناعة التكنولوجيا النظيفة في الكيبيك. كما أنها قاد حملات المسؤولية المجتمعية للشركات الحاصلة علىجوائز لصالح شركات بضائع استهلاكية عالمية. وقد أكمل مؤخرا بنجاح برنامج إدارة الاستدامة في جامعة كمبريدج معهد قيادة الاستدامة. The Iberchem Group, newly part of the Croda Group, recently announced the appointment of Guillaume Audy as Director of Corporate Communications and Sustainability. In his new role, Guillaume will oversee the company’s sustainable initiatives and operations with internal and external stakeholders. He will help the organisation further reduce its environmental footprint and increase its positive social impact by identifying opportunities along its value chain. “Iberchem has achieved so much in recent years in becoming a more sustainable business,” said Guillaume Audy. “I am looking forward to consolidating the Group’s efforts so far and to expanding their reach across the whole organisation. Achieving excellence in sustainability is not a one-man mission. Hopefully, the mindset is already in place and everyone at Iberchem is highly committed to contributing to the success of our programme.” Guillaume joined the Iberchem Group in 2015 and has more than 14 years’ experience in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. He gained valuable experience in sustainable development when working with Montreal’s Public Transit Agency and as a consultant for Quebec’s Clean Tech industry. He has also conducted award-winning CSR campaigns for international consumer goods companies. He recently successfully completed a Sustainability Management programme at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
